Crow is naming the wrong thing, or the arrows are off to one side
Your phone's compass needs a quick tune-up. Move your phone in a figure of 8 a few times, away from cars, metal and magnets. Crow shows a reminder when the compass is unsure.
Crow says it's waiting for my location
Check that Crow can use your location: Settings, Privacy and Security, Location Services, Crow, While Using the App. Indoors, step outside or near a window.
The camera view is black
Allow camera access in Settings, Crow, Camera. The labels still appear without the camera.
Does Crow work without signal?
Yes, with an offline pack for where you are. Download the pack before you go, while you have signal. Searching for new places and walking or driving times need signal.
Why doesn't Crow name every church or building?
Crow names things that stand out: hills, castles, cathedrals, tall towers and notable buildings. Everything nearby is still in the Near list.
Something is missing or wrong on the map
Crow's places come from OpenStreetMap, which anyone can improve at openstreetmap.org. Or email us and we'll look into it.
How do I delete my data?
Crow keeps nothing about you on our side. To remove packs and settings from your phone, delete the app.
